We’ve found that insurance typically dictates the care and treatment we’re able to provide our patients. So, we created a membership that allows you to get the care you need at an affordable, fixed monthly fee. At Meadows Health and Wellness, we provide so much more than just holistic health care. We provide a better way of doing healthcare.

Call, text, email, or video chat directly with your doctor. Online scheduling is available so you can find a time that works best for you.

Your testing options go far beyond the basic blood panel. We offer specialty tests, which assess food sensitivities/allergies, hormones, cortisol, gut health, mold, toxic metals, and genetics — which could include blood, saliva, urine, and stool testing.

A major perk of a Meadow’s Membership is getting access to real prices. You get 20% off supplements and steep discounts on nutrient injections. We have also negotiated extremely competitive cash pricing on certain labs. We can even help you obtain low-cost medications!

12 Month Membership $195/month
Full access to membership benefits. New patient visit is $400, then $195 per month there after. Paid monthly, amounting to a total of $2,545 for the year.

Annual Membership $2,163/year - 15% savings!
Full access to membership benefits. A flat fee of $2,163 paid yearly, resulting in 15% savings.

Individual Appointment $550/each
One time 60-90 minute visits. Does not include membership benefits. No Waitlist required!

Lab tests but many tests are covered by insurance. If not covered by insurance we have negotiated affordable cash prices. We offer specialty tests at the lowest price possible.
Medications and supplements. Although you do get 20% of supplements filled through fullscripts.
Vaccinations, imaging studies, and visits to providers outside of Meadows Health and Wellness

You can cancel your membership at any time by providing a 30 day notice. We have a brief cancellation form we will send you. Please email, call/text us to have the form sent to you. We want our members to be happy and if this service is not the best fit for you, we won’t force you to stay. If you decide to renew your membership at a later date, there is a re-initiation fee if availability allows.

If you choose the monthly plan, you will pay $195 every month. For monthly plans, your first visit is $400, then $195 thereafter.
If you choose the annual plan, you will pay a flat fee of $2,163 yearly year (this amounts to $180.25/month so you save 15% with this plan).
