You’re in Good Hands

Dr. April Voves and Dr. Mallory Rose are licensed Naturopathic Doctors providing high-quality, individualized, evidence-informed medicine using both conventional and alternative therapies. They have each completed a four-year, accredited, graduate-level naturopathic medical degree at the National University of Naturopathic Medicine. We’ll work together to look at the big picture, blending evidence-based science with a compassionate, human touch.

Dr. April Voves

Naturopathic Doctor

I believe in working with my patients to address both the symptoms and the underlying cause of their condition, optimizing their health, and preventing disease. I use a variety of treatments, including nutritional supplements, pharmaceuticals, herbal medicine, and nutrition and lifestyle considerations. Visits are scheduled to allow ample time for patients to be heard.

As a dyslexic empath, I am a solution-based thinker who can connect large amounts of information (your symptoms) to come up with out-of-the-box solutions (effective treatments). I am compassionate, understanding, and a natural-born helper. I enjoy meaningful and deep relationships and I truly look forward to getting to know you!

On a personal note, I live and work in Wilsonville with my husband and two boys. I love warm, sunny places, podcasts, and my job! I am naturally curious and love trying new things from foods to activities to adventures.

Welcoming Dr. Rose to Meadows Health and Wellness

We are thrilled to expand our care team. To celebrate this new chapter, we are inviting the first 50 patients who join Dr. Rose’s panel to do so at a Founding Member rate of $175/month.

As a Founding Patient, you’ll receive the same high-standard, comprehensive care Meadows is known for, while helping us establish Dr. Rose’s new practice panel. This preferred rate is our way of saying thank you for helping us grow. Lock in your $175 rate for as long as you remain a member. Schedule now!

As a licensed naturopathic doctor, my heart is in helping people who feel "stuck" in a cycle of persistent symptoms. I have a special interest in chronic and complex conditions, root-cause medicine, and integrative primary care, working with patients who are ready for a more personalized, whole-person path to healing.

My philosophy is deeply personal. Having navigated my own journey with chronic illness, I know how it feels to want more than just a way to manage symptoms—you want to understand the why behind them. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you truly feel heard and empowered to take charge of your health.

Originally from Illinois, I moved to Portland, Oregon, to earn my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM). After completing a year-long residency in family medicine and primary care, I’ve continued to expand my toolkit to better serve my patients:

  • Hormone Health: Advanced training through the ISSWSH Advanced Hormones Course.

  • Rheumatology: Autoimmune Disorders Conference through NUNM and the American College of Rheumatology Convergence

Women’s Health: Menstrual Disorders, Abnormal Uterine Bleeding, and Fertility

  • Chronic Pain: Certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.

  • Integrative Medicine: Ongoing education in both Western and functional medicine to ensure you receive the most well-rounded care possible.

When I’m not partnering with patients, I love staying active by trying out new workout classes or slowing down with a good book. Most of all, I cherish time spent at home with my husband and our two cats.

I would love to help you get back to feeling like yourself again.
