You’re in Good Hands
Dr. April Voves and Dr. Mallory Rose are licensed Naturopathic Doctors providing high-quality, individualized, evidence-informed medicine using both conventional and alternative therapies. They have each completed a four-year, accredited, graduate-level naturopathic medical degree at the National University of Naturopathic Medicine. We’ll work together to look at the big picture, blending evidence-based science with a compassionate, human touch.
Dr. April Voves
Naturopathic Doctor
I believe in working with my patients to address both the symptoms and the underlying cause of their condition, optimizing their health, and preventing disease. I use a variety of treatments, including nutritional supplements, pharmaceuticals, herbal medicine, and nutrition and lifestyle considerations. Visits are scheduled to allow ample time for patients to be heard.
As a dyslexic empath, I am a solution-based thinker who can connect large amounts of information (your symptoms) to come up with out-of-the-box solutions (effective treatments). I am compassionate, understanding, and a natural-born helper. I enjoy meaningful and deep relationships and I truly look forward to getting to know you!
On a personal note, I live and work in Wilsonville with my husband and two boys. I love warm, sunny places, podcasts, and my job! I am naturally curious and love trying new things from foods to activities to adventures.

Welcoming Dr. Rose to Meadows Health and Wellness
We are thrilled to expand our care team. To celebrate this new chapter, we are inviting the first 50 patients who join Dr. Rose’s panel to do so at a Founding Member rate of $175/month.
As a Founding Patient, you’ll receive the same high-standard, comprehensive care Meadows is known for, while helping us establish Dr. Rose’s new practice panel. This preferred rate is our way of saying thank you for helping us grow. Lock in your $175 rate for as long as you remain a member. Schedule now!
As a licensed naturopathic doctor, my heart is in helping people who feel "stuck" in a cycle of persistent symptoms. I have a special interest in chronic and complex conditions, root-cause medicine, and integrative primary care, working with patients who are ready for a more personalized, whole-person path to healing.
My philosophy is deeply personal. Having navigated my own journey with chronic illness, I know how it feels to want more than just a way to manage symptoms—you want to understand the why behind them. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you truly feel heard and empowered to take charge of your health.
Originally from Illinois, I moved to Portland, Oregon, to earn my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM). After completing a year-long residency in family medicine and primary care, I’ve continued to expand my toolkit to better serve my patients:
Areas of Advanced Training & Clinical Focus
Hormone Health
Advanced training through the ISSWSH Advanced Hormones Course, with a focus on perimenopause and menopause, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), PCOS, PMS/PMDD, and low libido.
Rheumatology & Autoimmune Disease
Additional training through NUNM and the American College of Rheumatology Convergence, supporting patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), psoriatic arthritis, gout, ankylosing spondylitis, Sjögren’s syndrome, and autoimmune thyroid disease.
Women’s Health & Fertility
Menstrual disorders, abnormal uterine bleeding, painful or irregular cycles, endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, and supporting patients in optimizing their health for fertility.
Gastrointestinal Health
Support for IBS, GERD and chronic heartburn, inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis), SIBO, increased intestinal permeability, chronic constipation, and persistent diarrhea.
Chronic Pain
Certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy, supporting patients with fibromyalgia, chronic musculoskeletal and generalized pain, migraines, and TMJ disorders.
Integrative & Functional Medicine
Ongoing education in both conventional and functional medicine approaches, with experience in cardiometabolic health, insulin resistance, chronic fatigue, mold-related illness, and complex multi-system cases.
When I’m not partnering with patients, I love staying active by trying out new workout classes or slowing down with a good book. Most of all, I cherish time spent at home with my husband and our two cats.
I would love to help you get back to feeling like yourself again.
Our Office
Welcome to the Heart of Meadows Health and Wellness
At Meadows, we believe that healthcare should be a sanctuary, not a transaction. As a membership-based practice in Wilsonville, our mission is to disrupt the traditional medical model by putting the focus back where it belongs: on you.
Led by Dr. Voves and Dr. Rose, our team combines high-performance clinical expertise with a personalized approach that seeks to uncover the root cause of your health concerns . To ensure we can provide this level of care at the highest standard, our practice is guided by a set of Core Values that define every interaction within our walls.
At Meadows Health and Wellness, our values are the compass for how we provide care. They ensure that every member of our community feels supported and respected.
Our Core Values
1. The Sanctuary Standard
Healing requires a safe, calm, and organized environment. We are committed to maintaining a "sanctuary" at Meadows—a space where you feel seen and heard, and where the distractions of the outside world fade away.
2. Partnership Through Respect
We believe the best medicine happens when doctor and patient work as a team. This partnership is built on mutual respect, professional grace, and kindness. We treat our members like family, and we ask for that same respect in return for our dedicated team.
3. Human-Centered Excellence
We are passionate about disrupting traditional healthcare models through high-performance care. While we strive for perfection in our systems and protocols, we remain a team of humans. We lead with transparency and heart in everything we do.
4. Purposeful Wellness
We don’t just treat symptoms; we support lifestyles. Whether you are aiming for a personal best on the treadmill or seeking a more balanced life, we provide the structured, expert guidance you need to reach your goals.
5. Integrity in Action
From our memberships to our clinical advice, we believe in honesty and clarity. We show up with integrity every day, ensuring that our clinic remains a place of trust and disruption in the best way possible.
