    Full access to membership benefits. New patient visit is $350, then $175 per month. Paid monthly, amounting to a total of $2,275 for the year.

  • Annual Membership $1,934/year - 15% savings!

    Full access to membership benefits. A flat fee of $1,934 paid yearly, resulting in 15% savings.

  • Individual Appointment $550/each

    One time 60-90 minute visits. Does not include membership benefits.

FAQs

  • You can use insurance for labs, images, prescriptions, and referrals. but we don't bill insurance directly, and we do that intentionally. It allows our providers to spend 30 to 60 minutes with you instead of the usual 10 minutes insurance allows. Our focus is on your wellness, not paperwork.

  • Please bring any recent lab work and a list of current supplements or medications.

    • In office or virtual visits

    • Direct access to your doctor via text and email

    • Convenient online scheduling

    • Access to advanced and functional testing

    • 20% off supplements

    • Discounted labs with select vendors

    • Blood draws at our Wilsonville location

    • Lab tests but many tests are covered by insurance. If not covered by insurance we have negotiated affordable cash prices. We offer specialty tests at the lowest price possible.

    • Medications and supplements. Although you do get 20% of supplements filled through fullscripts.

    • Vaccinations, imaging studies, and visits to providers outside of Meadows Health and Wellness

  • The membership fee allows us to provide comprehensive, holistic care in an innovative way for a simple, fixed price. It allows members to better budget their health care finances.

  • We are conveniently located in Wilsonville with plenty of free parking.
